INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

•Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

•We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine.

•International orders are shipped via express services (DHL) from Bali,
Indonesia.

•Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched the
following Monday.

•Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
However, delivery times may be longer during sale periods, holidays, or to
remote areas.

•To ensure smooth delivery, please include a local phone number with your order.
For example, if shipping to the Australia, provide a AUS.-based phone number.

•If you need your order by a specific date, include a note at checkout or email
us with your full address and the required delivery date at info@shoprealmbrand.com
We will do our best to accommodate your request.

•In the event of a delay in dispatch, our Customer Service team will notify you
via email. Please ensure you provide an active email address or WhatsApp number
with your order.

•Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking
number. To avoid missing important updates, add at info@shoprealmbrand.com
to your email contacts.

•Please note that orders cannot be edited or cancelled once they have been
dispatched.

•If you experience any issues with delivery, contact your local courier office
immediately to report the problem.

•Double-check your delivery address, phone number, and email details before
placing your order. Ensure someone will be available to receive the package,
especially if you plan to be away.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDONESIA)

• Courier fees will vary depending on your location.

•Please include a WhatsApp number with your order for seamless communication.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

•Many countries, including those in Europe, the U.K., Canada, the Middle East,
and South America, may charge import taxes or duties on shipments from
overseas.

•As the importer, you are responsible for paying any import taxes or duties
required by your country.

•For reference:
The USA allows tax-free imports up to USD $800.

•Australia allows tax-free imports up to AUD $1,000.

•New Zealand allows tax-free imports up to NZD $1,000.

•The U.K. allows tax-free imports up to £135.

•We do not calculate or collect import duties at checkout and are not
responsible for these charges.

•Customs regulations and fees vary by country and may change without notice.
Please contact your local customs office for more details.

•If you refuse to pay import duties and reject your shipment, any costs incurred
to return the item to our Bali office will be deducted from any applicable
refund.

 

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

•In the rare case of a lost or stolen parcel, we require you to initiate an
investigation with the courier (DHL). We will also assist from our end.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if:

•They were delivered while you were on vacation.

•You authorised delivery without requiring a signature.

•To prevent issues, ensure someone is available to receive your parcel or
arrange an alternative delivery option in your absence.

•Please note that refunds are not offered for lost or stolen items.
