At Realm we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted pieces that you will cherish. Should you need to return an item, please review the following information.
Returns:
• Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@realmthebrand.com
• All returns are to be processed in Berawa, Bali, Indonesia. For Bali-based customers only, returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping will be at the customers expense.
• All returned items must be in resaleable condition and include the packing slip and garment hangtags. Please ensure items are returned in the original Realm garment bag.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, damaged, have pulled threads, strong perfume odor, or have been altered. Such items will be returned to you, subject to a re-shipping fee.
• For hygiene purposes Swimwear items are non refundable.
Refund Terms
• Swimwear are eligible for store credit only.
• Sale items are non refundable.
• Final sale items are non-returnable, as they are priced to clear.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We encourage you to review these terms carefully before placing your order.
How to Request a Return
• To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@realmthebrand.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A list of the items you wish to return
3. The reason for your return
Sale & Final Sale Items
• Sale items are non refundable.
• Any item marked as Sale or Final Sale on our website is considered a Sale item.
Refunds Timeline
• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an email confirming your refund or store credit.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
• Store credits will be issued to your Realm account and are valid for 1 year. You will receive an email confirming the details.
• Please note that Sale items, Swimwear, and Accessories are not eligible for refunds.
• We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking for all returns.
Faulty or Missing Items
• Each Realm piece is made by skilled artisans in Bali, ensuring that every item is of high quality. We take great care in inspecting each product before it is shipped.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we require video proof of the damage. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@realmthebrand.com with a video of you opening your parcel.
• Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.
• If an item is missing from your order, we require video proof of you opening the parcel. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@realmthebrand.com
